Stuart Revnell is a London-based solo artist, songwriter and producer. Prior to his solo career, Stuart spent five years fronting rock band ‘Utopia Station’. The highlight of the band’s career was a Chinese tour in the summer of 2000, culminating in a three week residency in one of Southern China’s largest music venues, the 5,000 capacity ‘Window of the World’.
Self-taught, Stuart writes, arranges, records and produces all his own material from his home studio. He has created a unique songwriting and melodic style that ranges from fragile ballads to hook-laden, heart-on-your-sleeve, rock songs.
In June 2008, he released his first self-financed EP, ‘Chain Reaction’, which is entirely self-recorded and produced, apart from one song, and is available on this website, which he also built and maintains himself.
A member of the British Academy of Songwriters and the Nashville Songwriters Association, Stuart is planning some US dates in 2009, and is currently in discussion with a number of companies regarding opportunities as an artist and writer.
